hahaha... today very happy!!! went for the confidence building programm!!! sucessfully finish all three items!!! rock climbing was the first item we had... and i made it all the way to the top (especially when havin long fingernails)Yippe!!! then the next item was flying fox!!! and the last item was the abseiling... i was almost like slidin down... it was hard to hold on to the rope... it was like i holded tight and it was still very loose... but it was fun!!! in short, it was a fun programm!!! wan go again!!! in short, the first step was the most difficult in everything... hahaha... dunno wat to write liao.. not really dunno lah, is i lazy to write liao... that's all...
