Bad day today. Seriously bad.
Scolded tons of vulgarities when i saw MeiQi.
Was scolded twice for some unreasonable things.


This let me know one thing, promoters are NOT allowed to leave their booth, even to go eat or toilet.


Were told in an accusing tone that i'm not doing my job.
Please. When i'm doing my job, where the hell was you?
Slacking and shopping with your friend?
There was no one at all, and you say i'm not promoting enough!?
How the hell can i promote when there's no one?!

Imagine, how bad it was, to the extent that a workaholic like MeiQi feels like quitting.


Each person a booth, a different place, was already bad but acceptable.
But the working styles and coordinations between the agents and the store manager just SUCKS!
And i seriously don't understand the objectives of having and in-charge when the in-charge is not doing anything?!




If tomorrow is the same as today, i will quit this job!
