Worked at CommunicAsia2010 for the past four days.

It’s an ICT event platform in Asia that brings buyers and sellers together to network and trade. That’s why business people from all over the world travelled here for the show.

ZhiBing and I were at the Pre-registered counters for the past four days, issuing passes to bigshots such as the CEOs and Directors, and others. Though it is supposed to be PRE-REGISTERED, there are still people who have not registered queuing at the counter.

This is what we do daily.

Check whether they pre-registered. Type serial number if they have. Get their business cards.

Check name. Check company. Check country.

Save & Print. Slot card into the various card holder depending on their type. Issue pass together with the show directory bag.

The most irritating thing, I think is to paste a green sticker on their card if they are allowed into the Pinnacle lounge. Reason: The green stickers are really, really low in stock. Searched around all because of the sticker.

Our only entertainment, other than printing cards.

I guess we fully utilized our access to the printer and printed all sort of stuff.
